9. Payments and Refunds

9.1 Payments for digital products and services (including subscriptions and pay-as-you-go products) are processed via Stripe. Full or partial refunds are at TenthNote's sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.2 For subscriptions, pro-rata refunds are generally not provided when a subscription is cancelled.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time.

10.2 Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
