What this Privacy Notice covers

The data controller is TenthNote Limited (referred to in this Notice as “we” or “us”). We operate the website and the FastUkCompanySearch mobile application (the "App").

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Firebase and AppCentre

Firebase and AppCentre are web analytics service that provide us insights into how users use our website and the App. This data is shared with other Google services, and by Google itself to personalize its own ads.

Visual Studio App Center Analytics

The app and the website submit pseudonymised tracking data to Microsoft’s App Center Analytics. This is a web analytics service offered by Microsoft that gives us insights into how users use our app, along with providing details of app crash data.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for only as long as it is necessary for the uses set out in this Privacy Notice and/or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. After this period, we will securely erase personal data. If data is needed after this period for analytical, historical or other legitimate business purposes, we will take appropriate measures to anonymise this data.

If the changes are significant, we will provide a prominent notice on our website(s) including, if we believe it is appropriate, electronic notification of Privacy Notice changes.
